Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Software License agreement with Reports Now, Inc. at no cost to the City.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation and Performance are authorized, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Software License agreement or agreements with Reports Now, Inc., to license software that will provide services including but not limited to, training, report writing, assessing reporting needs, collecting reporting specifications, project management, and report development for JDE at no cost to the City.

Section 2. Said agreement or agreements shall be approved as to form by the City Solicitor.
