Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreement or agreements, with the County of Allegheny to provide outgoing mailing services for the City of Pittsburgh on an annual basis, at a total cost not to exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation, chargeable to and payable from Account 525900, Fund 1000, Organization 999200, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2003.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the County of Allegheny on an annual basis, at a total cost not to exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation, chargeable to and payable from Account 525900, Fund 1000, Organization 999200, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2003.
