Cost not to exceed $17,711.14.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with slab replacement throughout the City, at a cost not to exceed $17,711.14, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
