Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Environmental Coordination Services and Recycling, Inc. for the purpose of providing electronic waste collection and recycling services for all City residents.
