Resolution vacating a portion of Station Street in the 11th Ward, 9th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Station Street in the 11th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That vacating a portion of Station Street as follows: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the northeasterly right-of-way line of Penn Avenue, 60.07 feet wide, and the southeasterly right-of-way line of Station Street, 26.00 feet wide; thence from said point of beginning by the northeasterly right-of-way line of Penn Avenue N 48° 01' 37” W a distance of 26.01 feet to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Station Street; thence by the northwesterly right-of-way line of Station Street N 40° 29' 23” E a distance of 206.909 feet to a point on the northeasterly terminus of Station Street; thence by the northeasterly terminus of Station Street S 50° 16' 37” E a distance of 26.002 feet to a point on the southeasterly right-of-way line of Station Street; thence by the southeasterly right-of-way line of Station Street S 40° 29' 23” W a distance of 207.93 feet to a point at the intersection of the northeasterly right-of-way line of said Penn Avenue and the southeasterly right-of-way line of said Station Street, at the point of beginning in the 11th Ward, 9th Counc...
