Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                      The Mayor and the Director of Department Public Works on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources in order to receive a grant award of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ($499,900.00). Funds shall be deposited in JDE job number 4029400426.45500.00.

Section 2.                      The Mayor and the Director of Department of Public Works, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not exceed FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ($499,900.00) chargeable to and payable from JDE Job Number 4029400426.
