Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an extension of the current contract (#50116) with Allied Communications for Fleet GPS Tracking Services for eight (8) months. The total cost for said extension shall not exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2.                     Services shall continue through May 31, 2019.

 

Section 3.                     The Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.

Section 4.                     Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
