Title
Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and providing for the repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with City Signal Upgrades; including Construction Services; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof not to exceed $900,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, and providing for the repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with City Signal Upgrades; at a cost not to exceed $900,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement of the federal and state government's share of costs to the City.
