Resolution amending Resolution No. 56, effective March 2, 2004 entitled: Amending the Capital Budget and providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories, so as to reprogram funds from various Departments to the Department of Public Works (Street Resurfacing) Program; and further decreasing a line item in City Council (S.P.E.R.T.) (-5,000.00) and reprogramming to “Brashear Association (+5,000.00); and further decreasing a line item in City Council - District 5 Tree Planting (-4,000.00) and reprogramming to the YMCA Hazelwood (+1,000.00); to the Hazelwood Initiative (+1,000.00); and to the Sexual Assault Response Team of Allegheny County (+2,000.00)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program.
Resolution No. 320, effective May 8, 2003, as amended by Resolution No. 56, effective March 2, 2004, which presently reads as follows:
