Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program.

Resolution No. 320, effective May 8, 2003, as amended by Resolution No. 56, effective March 2, 2004, which presently reads as follows:
