Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of Public Works are herby authorized to execute in form approved by the City Solicitor, a Deed of Easement and Agreement with the University of Pittsburgh, 124 Cathedral of Learning, 4200 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15260 on Victoria Street in the 4^th Ward, 8^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
