Title

Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in favor of the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00) without previous authority of law for maintenance of equipment that interfaces with the Commonwealth of Photo Imaging Network.   (PRESENTED BY MR. Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Pennsylvania Chief of Police Association in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00) without previous authority of law, for maintenance of equipment that interfaces with the Commonwealth Photo Imaging Network, chargeable to and payable from Fund 2407, Subclass 600, Account 525500, Org. No. 230000, Budget Year 2001, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
