AS AMENDED BY SUBSITUTE
Title
An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 11 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Friendship community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 11, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:
a) From "RT-2" Two-Unit, Residential, Low Density to "RT-3" Two-Unit, Residential, Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: Coral Street; South Graham Street; the "LNC" Zoning District boundary line located south of Penn Avenue between South Graham Street and Roup Avenue; thence Roup Avenue, 8th Ward.
b) From "RM-3" Multi-Unit Residential Moderate Density and "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial to "RTS-3" Three-Unit Residential, Moderate Density all that certain property bounded by: South Graham Street; Coral Street; Roup Avenue; the "LNC" Zoning District boundary line located south of Penn Avenue between Roup Avenue and South Fairmount Street; South Fairmount Street; Hugus Place; South Negley Avenue; Lots Number 258 and 259, Block 51-H in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; Stratford Avenue; Roup Avenue; Lot Number 122, Block 51-H in the aforesaid system; South Fairmount Street; Lot Number 64, Block 51-H in the aforesaid system and Olga Way, 8th Ward.
