Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.         Resolution authorizing the Department of Public Safety to enter into a License Agreement or Agreement(s) with the City of Greensburg, on behalf of its Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department, Greensburg Volunteer Hose Company No. 2 and any other affiliated Companies under the direct control and authority of the Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department, for use of a City of Pittsburgh fire truck identified as:

Seagrave Concorde, 100' Rear Mount Aerial Truck

Section 2.         Such Agreement(s) shall be at no cost to the City and shall be in a form authorized by the City Solicitor.
