Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Resolution #784, effective, July 23, 1990, which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and Contract or Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Consultant or Consultants and Vendor or Vendors for the purpose of assisting the City in preparing and implementing a two-way communications process for the purpose of citizen involvement in planning, implementing and evaluating City programs and projects including but not limited to the Six-Year Development Program, the Community Development Block Grant Application and the Neighborhood Revitalization Program, and for providing planning and architectural assistance, at a cost not to exceed $515,000.00 chargeable and payable from:

Department of City Planning

Is hereby amended to read as follows:
