Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The following item in Resolution Number 862, effective December 23, 2025, authorizing the sale of a property in the Twenty-fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, is hereby repealed. The hand money is to be refunded, as the property was under conservatorship. Item W: 2046 Ley Street, 48-E-262 (COUNCIL DISTRICT: 1).
