Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, TITLE SIX: CONDUCT, ARTICLE III: DOGS, CATS, AND OTHER ANIMALS, CHAPTER 633: DOGS AND CATS, SECTION 633.15: DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED ANIMALS.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Section 633.15(a) of Title Six, Article III, Chapter 633 is hereby amended as follows:

§633.15  DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED ANIMALS.

(a)      Unlicensed dogs, cats and other animals.  Any unlicensed dog, cat or other animal may be adopted or euthanized in some humane manner if not redeemed or claimed within two (2) days three (3) days after impounding.
