Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of Musco Sports Lighting, in the amount of Seventy Three Thousand Fifty Dollars ($73,050.00), for the purpose of the software package for the digital control of lighting in all ballfields and parks; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following operating account:  28007.4000280070.56151.2026
