Title
Resolution vacating a 40 foot Unnamed Way between Warrington Avenue and Sharon Street in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

Body
WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of this Unnamed Way in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and

WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That vacating a 40 foot Unnamed Way located between East Warrington Avenue and Sharon Street, 14-C–310 and 14-C-311, beginning at a point on the southerly side of Warrington Avenue East and Lot 324 in the Rev. John Tuiggs Plan of Lots, Volume 6, Page 295; thence along the easterly side of an unnamed 40 foot Way and Lot 324 in said plan, S 04° 00' E a distance of 90 feet to a point; thence along Sharon Street S 86° 00' W a distance of 40 feet to a point; thence along the westerly side of an Unnamed 40 foot Way and Lot 328 in said plan N 04° 00' W for a distance of 90 feet to a point; thence along Warrington Avenue East N 86° 04' E for a distance of 40 feet to a point at the place of the beginning, containing 3,600 square feet in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.

Section 2. This resolution, however, shall not take effect or be of any force or validity unless owners of all the property fronting or abutting on this 40 foot Way as vacated by this re...
