Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Animal Control Supervisor and the Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into contract or contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, for the implementation of a Spay and Neuter program. The total cost shall not exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) chargeable to and payable from:
