Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:      

Section 1.      The City Clerk and the City Controller Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract(s) or use of existing contract(s) with a consultant or consultants to provide professional services to Pittsburgh City Council for the purpose of including, but not limited to financial advisory, legal, writing, research, stenography or other services, at an annual cost not to exceed $40,000.00, chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Organization 101100, Sub Class 150, BY 2006, Account 526100, City Council.
