Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to apply for a grant from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County’s Gaming Economic Tourism Fund for the Arsenal Renovation: Phase 1 project, in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND SEVENTY ($428,070.00) DOLLARS, for this stated purpose.
