Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.     The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor and/or the Director of General Services and/or the Director of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement(s) or contract(s) or the use of an existing agreement(s) or contract(s) for the equipment, materials, supplies and or services in connection with the renovation, construction or rehabilitation of the Mellon Park Tennis Courts for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $75,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
