Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended agreement with CSXT Transportation, Inc. for Preliminary Engineering work on the West Carson Street Bridge Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($28,600.00), an increase of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($12,320.00) from the previously executed agreement, payable from the following account/s:
