Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Comber Miller LLC for expert legal services for litigation filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at GD 2:25-cv-1303, for an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Seventy-One Cents ($20,197.71) over one year, charging and payable from 11101.108000.53.53517.2026.
