Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

 Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to quit-claim any right, title and interest it may have in and to the property identified as 6491 Stanton Avenue (L&B 124-B-25) in the 11th Ward to Grace S & Chibuikem Ironnah for $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollars) relating to the full and final resolution of a longstanding scrivener’s error in the chain of title.

 

 Section 2.                     All related documents shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
