Resolution providing for consent to the termination of the Baseball Lease with Pittsburgh Associates with respect to Three Rivers Stadium.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a termination of the Baseball Lease dated as of May 1, 1966, as amended, between the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, as successor lessor, and Pittsburgh Associates, as successor lessee, in form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
