Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Maher Duessel for independent auditing services for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2018, December 31, 2019 and December 31, 2020. Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Four Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($428,160.00) over three years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2019: $142,720.00 from JDE account 11101.107000.53501.2019
2020: $142,720.00 from JDE account 11101.107000.53501.2020
2021: $142,720.00 from JDE account 11101.107000.53501.2021
Section 2. Maher Duessel shall separately invoice the Urban Redevelopment Authority, the Pittsburgh Parking Authority, and the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority for their respective audits.
Section 3. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
