Resolution amending Resolution No. 950, effective December 22, 1995, as amended Resolution No. 375, effective May 25, 1995, as amended by Resolution No. 1011 effective December 31, 1996, and by Resolution No. 491, effective August 11, 1997, and by Resolution #667 effective October 31, 1997, entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable to and payable from the 1995 Community Development Block Grant Program" so as to reprogram funds in various City Council accounts and correct the encumbrance from Res. 667/97

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 375, effective May 25, 1995 as amended by Resolution No. 1011 effective December 31, 1996, and Resolution No. 491 effective August 11, 1997 and by Resolution No. 667 effective October 31, 1997, which presently reads as follows:

      "The Mayor and the Director of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the following various community organizations, for operational/administrative expenses; maintenance; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities for the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $1,185,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 1995 Community Block Grant Program "City Council" and listed code accounts in the Department of City Planning".
