Title
Resolution providing for a Cooperation Agreement with the County of Allegheny for reimbursement to the County for the City's share of costs for the rehabilitation of the 16th Street Bridge; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $50,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the County of Allegheny, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for the reimbursement to the County for the City's share of costs for the rehabilitation of the 16th Street Bridge, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account(s):
