WHEREAS, Troy Hill Citizens Inc. is a non-profit organization based in the Troy Hill neighborhood in the City of Pittsburgh; and
WHEREAS, The mission of Troy Hill Citizens Inc. is to operate as a non-profit development entity established to foster programs of a civic and social nature and to improve the quality of life for its residents. The organization strives to find creative and sustainable ways to enhance and revitalize the neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, Troy Hill Citizens Inc. has been in existence for decades, serving the people of Troy Hill and of Pittsburgh; now

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby recognizes Troy Hill Citizens Inc. to be a civic and/or service organization within the context of the Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance Act, as amended.
