Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services a site assessment at Riverview Park.  Cost not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00).  The total cost shall be chargeable to and payable from the ARADTF, Account 525500, Fund 2803, Organization 500000, Subclass 600, Budget Year 2008 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
