Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $33,898.12 from the HUD Trust Fund, Fund 2630, Organization 105000, Sub-Class 600, Account 511000, Budget Year 2002, to the Commission on Human Relations Salaries Account, Fund 1000, Organization 105000, Sub-Class 010, Account 511000, Budget Year 2001, to reimburse the shortfall incurred for salaries during budget year 2001.
