Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning, District Map No. 11 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Polish Hill neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 11 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.
1. From PO, Parks and Open Space, to UI, all certain property designated as 25-L-100.
2. From RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to UI, Urban Industrial, all certain properties designated as 26-E-23 or 25-P-160-1.
3. From PO, Parks and Open Space, and RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, to H, Hillsides, all certain property bounded by the East Busway, 26-G-238, Melwood Avenue, 26-F-79, Bethoven Street, 26-F-192, 26-F-83, 26-F-84, 26-B-332, 26-B-271, 26-B-267, 26-B-266, 26-B-265, 26-B-264, 26-F-17, 26-F-19, 26-F-20, 26-F-21, 26-F-23, 26-F-26, Flavian Way, 26-E-224, 26-E-226, 26-E-227, 26-E-228, 26-E-229, 26-E-231, 26-E-232, 26-E-233, 26-E-234, 26-E-235, 26-E-236, Melwood Avenue, Herron Avenue, 26-E-53, 26-E-46, and Herron Avenue.
