Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts to repair and maintain play equipment and safety surfaces at various parks and park facilities in CD areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Forty Eight Thousand ($48,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2002, Project  2267177, Budget Year 2002, Account 525500, Play Equipment Surfacing, Department of Public Works.
