Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Agreement or Agreements with Action Housing, Inc. for costs associated with the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 1); providing for payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand One Hundred Four Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($15,940,104.35), an increase of Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($12,686.35) from the previously executed Agreement, chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
