Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Kistler Studio LLC for the creation and installation of public art in the Hazelwood neighborhood, at a total cost not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000).

 

Funds shall be paid from the following:

•                     JDE Job Number 1174300124

 

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
