Title
Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement with the County of Allegheny, for the purpose of sharing services for an analysis of cash management practices, analysis of investment practices, benchmark fines and fees, potential for shared services and create a profile of current information systems.
Body
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the County of Allegheny for services to be provided by Hafer and Associates related to the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. The services to be provided include but are not limited to: a review of cash management practices, cash flow analysis, investment practices, benchmarking fines and fees, potential for shared services, review deposit history, analyze and evaluate current information systems and provide a written report at the conclusion of the project.
The agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor, and shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 107000, Sub Class 150, Budget Year 2007.
