Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of Metals Treatment Technologies 2, in the amount of $61,657.07, for emergency remediation services at the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Firing range; chargeable to and payable from the following account:
