Title

Resolution amending Resolution No. 811 approved November 28, 2000, entitled "Amending Resolution No. 474 approved June 18, 1983, entitled providing for implementation of a Residential Sticker Parking Program in the Oakland community pursuant to Pittsburgh Code, Chapter 549" so as to change the hours the program is in effect, the length of time a parker without a permit may park and the limit on visitor's pass usage for Chesterfield Road.

 

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution No. 811 approved November 28, 2000, which provides for the parking management plan for in Area "B" and which presently reads as follows:

 

Motorize vehicles parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except for vehicles displaying a valid zone "B" residential or visitors' permit.  Use of the visitors' pass shall be limited to no more then five consecutive weekdays on the same vehicle;

 

is hereby amended to read as follows;

 

Motorized vehicles parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except for Chesterfield Road where the parking shall be limited to a one half (½) hour time limit, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday except for vehicles displaying a valid zone "B" residential or visitors' permit.  Use of the visitors' pass shall be limited to no more than five consecutive weekdays on the same vehicle except for Chesterfield Road where it shall be limited to no more then two consecutive weekdays on the same vehicle;
