Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Davey Resource Group (DRG) on a tree inventory project for Arsenal Park, at a City cost not to exceed Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Dollars ($7,620.00) over a period of two (2) years, chargeable and payable as follows:

 

$7,620 from 4000285300.57.57103.00

 

Section 2.  Said Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
