The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine: Zoning Code, Article I: Introduction and Establishment, Chapter 902: Zoning Districts in General, Section 902.03: Zoning Map, is hereby amended to rezone parcels 15-J-130 and 15-N-75 from P - Park, to UI, Urban Industrial, in the Mount Washington Neighborhood, in the Mount Washington Neighborhood.
Section 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
