Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for professional service, at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Forty Six Dollars ($211,546.00) chargeable to and payable from the following Youth Policy Trust Fund 2481, Org. No. 210000, Subclass 600, Account 526125, Budget Year 2003, Department of Public Safety.
