AFFIRMATIVE RECOMMENDATION

Title

Resolution amending Resolution #736, effective July 16, 1990 entitled, "Resolution providing for the letting of a contract or contracts, or for the use of existing contracts, for the printing and delivery of projects including but not limited to the Six-Year Development Program for the Department of City Planning at a cost not to exceed $75,000.00", so as to reduce the amount encumbered to $62,082.00

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution #736, effective July 16, 1990, which presently reads as follows:

The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts or to use on existing contract or contracts for the printing and delivery of the Six Year Development Program for the Department of City Planning:  at a cost not exceed $75,000.00 in accordance with the laws and ordinances governing the City of Pittsburgh chargeable and payable from:  1990 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning CDCP, "Citizen Participation and Technical Assistance", Project No. 4-35-01-0002-90-050-90-35, Index No. 6005551.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts or to use on existing contract or contracts for the printing and delivery of the Six Year Development Program for the Department of City Planning:  at a cost not exceed $62,082.00 in accordance with the laws and ordinances governing the City of Pittsburgh chargeable and payable from:  1990 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning CDCP, "Citizen Participation and Technical Assistance", 500000-2610-110000-C1990-2256900-1997
