Resolution vacating an unnamed four (4') foot walkway between Gregory and Magdalene Streets in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.
 
Body
WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of this four (4') foot way in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
 
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  That vacating an unnamed four (4') foot walkway between Gregory and Magdalene Streets, 86.40' ± in length, located between Lot and Block Parcels 12-N-272 and 12-N-273 and between Lots 4 and 5 in the Farmers and Mechanics Bank Plan of Lots.  These steps are to be removed at no expense to the City of Pittsburgh by the abutting property owners, Lot and Block Parcels 12-N-272 and 12-N-273 in the 17th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
