Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement(s) and or contract(s) with the Neighborhood Learning Alliance West End Employment Center for the purpose of establishing a social services district 2 resource coordinator pilot program, in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars, payable from JDE Account No. 102100.53901.
