Title
Resolution granting unto the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, 5801 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, roof, stairs, building, and sign at 5801 Forbes Avenue, Murray Avenue, and Marlborough Avenue in the 14th Ward, 5th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, 5801 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,

Forbes Avenue: a stairwell with aluminum roof overhang, 14 feet up from the sidewalk area, 18 feet 4 inches in length, 6 feet 10 inches out from the property line; glass overhang with sign etched on glass 16 feet 4 inches up over sidewalk, 25 feet 8 inches in length by 16 feet high, 14 inches out from face of building at a 10 foot 4 inch sidewalk area at 5801 Forbes Avenue;

Murray Avenue: a 7 foot high by 27 inch wide double-faced identification sign, 10 feet up from the sidewalk area, 5 inches out from the property line; glass overhang with sign, 16 feet 4 inches up over sidewalk, 14 feet 3 inches in length, 3 inches out from face of building at a 12 foot sidewalk;

Marlborough Avenue: a double-sided lit aluminum 2 feet by 2 feet sign panel with 6 foot high by 5 inch diameter post extending 3 inches over property line at a 9 foot 5 inch sidewalk area;

in the 14th Ward, 5th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-544 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
