Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Agreements with multiple landowners as necessary to secure the right-of-way and temporary construction easements for a street stabilizing project in the vicinity of Diana Street.

Section 2.                     The right-of-way and easements authorized for acquisition are depicted in further detail in the attached Right-of-Way Plan.
