Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 11, of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial all that certain property bounded by Cedarville Street, Friendship Avenue, Pearl Street, lots numbered 98 and 138, Block 50-N in the Allegheny County Lot and Block System, Edmond Street, Friendship Avenue, lot number 205, Block 51-N in the aforesaid system, Corday Way, 8^th Ward.
