Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution 712 of 2022, as amended, entitled “authorizing the Mayor, Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Sublease Agreement or Agreements with the Boys and Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania for the continued operations of the Lawrenceville Senior Center located within Leslie Park, as originally authorized by Resolutions 55 and 91 of 2011, at an overall cost of $198,000 and with a term expiring March 31, 2024” to extend the contract with a term now expiring on March 31, 2027 and increasing the cost by FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($57,600) for an updated not to exceed cost of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($255,600).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh an Amended Sublease Agreement or Agreements with The Boys and Girls Club of Western Pennsylvania for continued operation of the Lawrenceville Senior Center located within Leslie Park by increasing the total cost by FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($57,600) for an updated not to exceed cost of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($255,600) with a term expiring March 31, 2027.
Payment for additional years of such Amended Agreement(s) shall be made from the Senior Citizens Program Trust Fund Senior following chart of account subject to and contingent upon the annual appropriations by City Council of funds for said purpose:

Section 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same effects this Resolution.
Section 3. Such Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
