Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants for the implementation of an Electronic Storage, Retrieval, and Filing System of City Zoning Files, at a cost not to exceed 60,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following:
